  • DON'T DO SERVICE HERE!! I'm not sure where i even start!! This company is a scam!! It's not even rated as a 1. This company needs to be shut down. Mike Platt is the most disgusting "business owner " I have ever come in contact with. I called them due to the AD I came across for having my vents cleaned for $99.95 for 8 vents and 1 return . . And it was a considerable thought to have my carpets cleaned due to the "deal" they are having of ANY 5 rooms steam cleaned and deodorized for $34.75 and no size limit. The day I called to make this appointment I spoke to a women by the name I believe (Melissa or Marissa) she was wonderful the first time we spoke. Letting me know that I could have my home taken care worry free. I scheduled this for 11 due to being told I will need a 2 to 4 hour window period for the tech to do work that is needed. The day of my appointment, a man showed up to my home in white truck (not even in a company vehicle) and a t-shirt that didn't have the business name on it. I greeted this man and asked him, if this was real or a scam due to not having any "company " advertising. He showed me the steam king work order. So I allowed him in, and showed him around my home. He had told me he was going to go out to his vehicle and will be right back in. I heard him speaking to whom I assume is "Mike " determining the finally pricing. I had come up with $275 after all that's needed plus possible tipping. Once he came back inside , he started to go over the contract with me. Stating my bill total $574.46 DOLLARS!!! I proceeded to tell the man to call his boss right away!! He tried telling me all that was needed to have just my vents n carpets done BUT during the time of scheduling the appointment NO WHERE was I told any of this!!! The AD is Scam to trigger people in to thinking they are getting a "DEAL" !! He calls mike to tell him i was not okay with the total and Mike speaking loud enough saying To just get the deal done. He than hangs up, I told him to call back.. and he told me he can try to get me a discount. Mike answers rudely as i tried explaining this is not what I was quoted. He tried telling me, that this is what it is going to cost to get it done. NOT ONLY DO THEY LIE TO DRAW PEOPLE IN, but Mike swears at customers and feels he can degrade people. Not only is there AD a scam but the website to this cpmpany has little to NOTHING. No address to be located. How does this man even own a business?!? I will spread word out to others to NEVER get service from this fraud.
