  • My family and I had two previous bad experiences at AutoNation and decided to got to Mark Kia to look for a car for our daughter. Our salesman, Jacob Krosschell was amazing and we immediately felt relaxed with him. He did not fall under the "traditional salesman reputation". He listed to our concerns and what we are looking for. We did purchase a 2009 Kia Spectra for our daughter and we are very happy with the decision.
