So, I need to learn up a bit on my Vietnamese cuisine. I did not know that viet "Spring Rolls" were not fried. Shame on me. Their egg rolls are good sure, but the SPRING rolls are fantastic. Noodles, lettuce, meat..nicely rolled up in a cool unfried wrapper. Who knew? The shrimp & pork spring roll especially...only needed some fish sauce or normal teriyaki sauce for dipping. Good flavor and nice people.
