  • I wasn't sure about how this would work for me but I was amazed at my results. The check in process was simple and they did a great job explaining all the services and what to expect. I suggest trusting all of them the first time see which ones benefit you most. So when I got in the chamber it was cold but I was able to pick a song to play while I was inside. It helps the time go by and there's a countdown to let you know how much time is left. There's a window so the technician can see you and communicate to you while you're in the chamber. I had so much energy when I came out and warmed up. Plus it was very helpful with recovery after my tough workout the night before. Tamon and George were very helpful with the compression sleeves and I did a treatment on my shoulder. I will return and do all thee of these services again. I felt great the next day and noticed a better than normal recovery. Highly Recommend!!!
