  • DO NOT move in any of their homes! they are all over priced and they do not want to maintain the maintenance on the homes at all. They will charge you if maintenance needs to come out. Make sure you check the charges thoroughly. As I was over charge by Kathy for supplies used on a closet repair. Box of nails and two closet rod holders $75...when is should have been $8 at the most. Paying rent is a hassel if you work. Rent is due on the 3rd, i'm a working tenant and i don't get off until 5pm. I pay my rent online and its still considered late because its after 5pm. What is the whole purpose to pay online if you can't pay your rent after hours???? paying rent online is suppose to be a convienance for those who cannot make it to the office during office hours!! I was charged a $75 late fee on the evening of the 3rd. And I also spoke to management (Thomas) prior, who said it was ok for me to pay when I got home. I still had a late fee charge on my ledger when I paid....I am truly considering breaking my lease and moving elsewhere....totally worth the move....Currently looking at other homes as we speak. Regret signing a two year lease, which also includes a 5% increase for the second year, mind you.
