  • If you want to be a victim of "Bait and Switch" come here. I worked with sales associate Doreen through the USAA buying club. The price given to lure me in suddenly jumped when I stepped foot in the dealership. Also, they snuck in an extra $500 for molding on the side doors. Also, watch out for John in the warranty department. He says that thieves hotwire hybrids and you had better buy the blue alarm system they sell. Also, the warranty is complete BS. He said I was getting a 100k warranty but when I received my paperwork it was for only 75k. I won't EVER be coming back to this dealership. Can I give less than one star?
