  • Last night I came home tired from work, just to find my living room ceiling on my floor. My 2nd floor washer machine hose bursted and ruined my 2nd floor hallway , laundry room and 1st floor living room. Out of panic and desperation being that's 1am I shut off my water and called Emergency Restoration. With so much companies to choose from on the World Wide Web, they where one of the 1st ones that popped up. I had a good vibe about them so I pressed my luck to call them. I was extremely excited when I heard a live voice on the other side of the phone. John picked up and put me at ease. He told me he will be out within a hour and a crew to help me out. Within a hours time, John was knocking at my door. Shortly after his crew shows up. I couldn't ask for a better company to come out and help me. He help me with my claim and had his crew start work right away. Those guys are amazing!!! They worked hard to start the dry process and put me at ease. I'm extremely happy with their service. I would recommend anyone and everyone to this company. Thank you John, BRIAN , Chris ,Miguel and the whole rest of your crew. Respectfully, Elvis
