  • Very very disappointed!!!!! We had an appointment at 8am on a Saturday and nobody showed...nobody called....nothing! We called 6 times and had to leave a message for the mysterious "Roco" who was the on-call manager. We had to be out of the place THAT day, so needless to say, that didn't occur. We had to pay an extra days rent and find another mover last minute on a Sunday, since that day was all booked up everywhere. I called again the following Monday and Tuesday...and guess what...no call back! It is now Wednesday and I'll keep calling. I am reporting them to all social media review sites and also the BBB. Very unprofessional and I will never refer them again! The sad part is I have used them, I have referred them, and this is how I get repaid! NO MORE! This company sucks!!!! It is a 1 score... minus 15.
