  • So its odd to say but i was quite excited to visit the doctors office because i hadn't gone in about a year and got new insurance. I came across this particular office and decided to give it a try. WORST MISTAKE EVER, when i went for my appointment i clearly told the nurses i needed a physical and i had some concerns about my health. Dr. Jackie Brown which is the Physicians Assistant did no good , she told me to take a breathing test, abdominal sonogram and drew blood. the week went on and i heard nothing about my blood and my breathing test so i called around the 2 week mark and still nothing the receptionist stated she needed to get the Drs permission to tell me my results. -_- a week later i get a call 7am lasting no longer than 1 minute with a receptionist telling me" All your results came out fine, have a great day." at that point i was already annoyed and what was the cherry on top was the Medical Bills for 2 test. And must i point out my insurance covered most of it but it seems like they decided to charge a bit more just to get money. good thing I'm on my dads insurance cause one thing for sure is i am not returning to that office ever! And the ladies at the front desk are rude, seems like they don't want to be there so full of attitude.
