  • I've been regularly going for dental cleaning every six months for years. This by far was the worst There's no oral exam by the dentist, dental hygienist pushed for deep cleaning costs over $700. When I clearly stated I'm just there for regular cleaning, the hygienist did a less than 5 minutes cleaning. It feels like this office is only interested in doing a procedure that will costs $$$ beyond insurance will cover. They spent more time trying to explain how bad my teeth gonna be without this so called laser procedure. The dentist recommends a cap on my tooth based on X-ray without visualizing/assessing or performing oral assessment. As I've said, if you want oral screening done and/or dental cleaning I suggest just floss/ brush your teeth and it will feel much like dental cleaning than having it floss and waterpik in this office. For oral screening, just go in front of the mirror and inspect your mouth and feel for any lumps or any abnormality. In terms of staff friendliness, they are all personable except for the service and the drive for making $$$$$$$$$. I will not recommend this office to anyone as stated above.
