  • This is by far the worst tmobile ive been too! Okay even if it was just a store to buy candy i wouldnt even go in there because they will say anything to get your money and be done with you! First I switched over my line from verizon to tmobile. Second he told me i would get refunded the whole amount. He was wrong apparently they credit your account and then send you a card to pay the rest of your verizon account. Then when i went back to find him to tell him what had happened after he lied and said i would get refunded all of the employees blantly told me he was a fucking idiot infront of other customers. After all that I guess you have to take a picture of your old account and send it to tmobile. The manager told me she would do this as a favor to me because of what the guy did. Cool! Not really because she never did it! These people i tell you!! After two weeks of no response from tmobile i had take the picture for myself and it tooks almost 4 months. Word of advice these people take no reponsbility for their actions and you have to just get shit done yourself literally. All of my friends hate this location i hate this location but tmobile itself i like!
