  • If you want to deal with the rudest office staff ever then this is the place for you! Called to make an appointment and they told me I didn't need to show up early to fill out paperwork and now here we are 20+ minutes passed my appt time and I'm still waiting to be seen and their excuse was because I had to fill out paperwork. They had an attitude telling me I could reschedule if this time wasn't convenient for me. Even tho I've already taken time out of my day to come down here. All I needed was a routine cleaning and it's like beating around the bush to get an answer whether I can get my teeth cleaned or not! Office staff clearly speaking Spanish in front of people. Which is disrespectful in my opinion. Will update if I ever get back to get my cleaning. Update: DO NOT EVER GO TO WESTERN DENTAL! Save your time and money and go elsewhere! Finally got exam and the staff was again rude. Told me my insurance does not cover routine cleanings (which they do) and that it would cost $360 for a cleaning. Someone from WD responded to my review and basically argued with me about my visit, stating that I was wrong. What a joke this place is.
