  • I own apartment buildings in Phoenix, and have used Robin for 3 years now. I am so impressed with Robin's work product and professionalism that I joined yelp just to give him a glowing review. He provides a quarterly service that is very reasonably priced. This quarterly service alone keeps out almost all pests. On rare occasions when there is a pest flare up (as there always will be with rental properties if your tenants keep a dirty home), Robin gets there immediately to treat it and cures it in one shot. The man stands behind his work, and does not quit until the problem is solved and you are satisfied. One more note...he is quite skilled at proactively identifying potential problem areas before they become a problem...this has saved me a lot of time and money in the past. When it comes to an exterminating service, what more can you ask for? Obviously, I highly recommend The Bug Guy!
