I've never bought jewelry from this specific store, but I've been here a couple times to get some of my Tiffany bracelets fixed. It's Tiffany & Co, so of course the service is going to be superb. I was immediately greeted when I walked in and let the man know I needed some jewelry fixed. He brought be back to a room where there were two people assisting. There was a divider in between for privacy. The first time I went there, my bracelet needed to be shipped to New York to have it fixed and would be professionally cleaned as well. They were going to have it shipped back to the store, but I asked if it could be shipped directly to me. The man said the cost of the repair would be free and the shipment directly to me would be free as well. This made things so much easier for me since I never get out to Scottsdale Fashion Square.
The next time I came, I had 2 bracelets that needed to be fixed. The gal was able to fix the clasp of one bracelet in the store but the other needed to be shipped to New York. It then costed me about $55 and then $20 for shipping directly to me, so I had them ship it to the store since I wasn't going to pay $20. Not sure why during the second trip to the store it cost me $55 for the repair, but the first time it was free. Maybe Tiffany has a policy that the first repair is free. I paid the $55 since I thought it was still great that my first piece of jewelry repair was no cost. Before I left, the gal asked if I'd like some water and she gave me some spring water that was in a glass bottle, I seemed pretty classy. The service and products are great quality.
