First, and most importantly, the food is fantastic. Biscuits and gravy is everything people raved about on other Yelp reviews. The flavor is great with just a hint of heat. We also tried the Wilcox plate: bacon, house potatoes, plain biscuits, and absolutely perfect eggs. Everything was prepared beautifully and served hot.
The staff was friendly and despite the fact it does look like a less than ideal location from outside, it's a great place once you're through the doors.
I visited with a friend and I'd recommend this location mostly for parties of 2, 4 at the most. There are only a few larger spaces available.
Side note: The first time we tried to eat here it was around 11 on a Saturday and the lines were crazy, both the line to order and the line that you then wait in for your table. We were there with three kids and it was immediately obvious that it would be a long wait before one of the handful of larger tables was available. We decided to leave because it clearly wasn't a great time for a family visit. (At which point we drove over to Luci's at The Orchard and it was a perfect day to sit outside and enjoy their patio along with our kids.)
