  • I received a call from one of their agents notifying me they had recently listed a home close to my neighborhood and asking if I knew of anyone who may be interested in purchasing the home. I perceive this call as incredibly intrusive and inappropriate. This agent called my personal cell phone, during work hours and pulling me out of a meeting to answer to help them sell a home? I would like to know how they obtained my number in the first place. Selling homes is their job! With websites like Zillow and Realtor.com, perspective buyers and real estate agents have unlimited opportunities. My cell number is listed on the National Do Not Call Registry and I am surprised that a company with the long standing presence and reputation of Century 21 would think it appropriate to bother nearby homeowners on their personal cell phone during work hours to help an agent sell a home that they will receive the commission on. I hope they take this complaint under consideration and change their procedure. Unfortunately, after looking at other reviews, this is their Standard Operating Procedure and they are not interested in changing.
