  • I lived here for a year, and during that time period I had numerous issues with management failing to respond to a number of my concerns and upon ending my lease with Alanza faced a great difficulty with the management staff being very sketchy in fees that were tacked on at the end and were unable to be substantiated with evidence when pressed about them after. While the unit itself was nice, dealing with that level of un professionalism really ended my time living here on a low note.
