  • I've been here twice now, and have gotten a less than stellar car wash both times. The first time, it looked like they hasn't even seen my seats. If they had, they might have bothered to clean them. The second time, I was there for almost 50 minutes. I only got my car after I asked how much longer it would be. The windows were so streaky and every single door handle had smudges on it. There is a giant greasy handprint on one of my seats. When I brought this all to their attention, the excuse was that they *would've* taken care of all that, but I seemed to be in a hurry. The guy gave my windshield the once-over with a dirty rag and asked me, "is that good enough for you now?" NO, actually. The manager told me to come back later, and they would make it right. When I went back, they sent two kids over to my car with spray bottles and they kind-of wiped down the streaks. I asked them to take care of the greasy handprint, but as you can see from the picture I posted, it's still there. I will definitely not be returning to this location
