  • We want to try out a different buffet every time we visit Vegas. Since we did not want to wait at Caesar's Palace yet again, we headed out to the Bellagio during lunch time. We were surprised to see only a 15-20 person queue at the counter. We paid, and were seated at our table within 20 minutes of entering the line. 2 Buffets came to $82 on a Saturday during Thanksgiving weekend. Pros: Sign me up for a buffet with a small line, and I will be there every time (+1) Almost all the stations had delicious food (+1) - Salad station - 2 Carving stations. - Ham & Turkey - Prime Rib & Leg of Lamb - Breakfast - Cereal, etc. - Southern - Italian station. Freshly made pasta, pizza etc. - Noodles, Rice etc. - Snow crab as well as King crab legs sliced in half. - Sushi Bar (Only station with not a wide variety) (-1) - An entire island with Desserts. Including Gluten free kind. They also had Flan (+1) Service was very prompt. Our empty plates were being removed as soon as we set them aside. Our fruit drinks were refilled without even asking for it (+1) Cons: Blind spot between the ice cream area and the breakfast bagel/bread area. A lady dropped her desserts because someone bumped into her from behind. It might be a structural post? Overall we got our bang for the buck, as well as an opportunity to try out several different cuisines at the same time.
