  • Waited 13mins on the phone to ask if a game was in stock. Someone answered and asked me to hold. I held. For 13 mins! No one answered and I finally hung up. This was even worse than being on hold with USPS. My friend was on his way to go check if the game was there in person and when he arrived there, (5 mins after my 13 min hold) told me that the store wasn't busy and no one was there. Wtf was I even waiting for ??
