The term "you get what you pay for" really applies to this place. Perhaps, this place is even below that. The ingredients are very poor quality and the food is bland, no flavor. The chicken is horrible - it might be dark meat, but I'm not quite sure it's actually chicken. I did not see them using the grill to prepare our food, so I think the ingredients just sit there until someone orders. That would also explain why the food temperature was warm at best. Stay away from Baja Taco. You're better off at Taco Bell or Roberto's.
