  • I was very disappointed with this establishment. I found this place on yelp and thought I would give it a try. I made an appointment for 9:30 and got there at 9:34. The woman at the front desk told me, "I'm sorry but we let someone go ahead of you because you were late." I put my phone reading 9:34 in the girls face and asked if she was serious. She told me they take appointments very seriously and you can't even be 1 minute late. So I sit and wait and as I look at the people working I thought I don't want these people cutting my hair anyway. First of all, they all had horrible hair and looked like they rolled out of bed and came to work. This place is extremely low class and the woman in the front should learn some manners in customer service. I've worked customer service and I would never talk to a client as rudely as she did. She had awful hair as well. So thank god I looked on Groupon and found a deal .1 miles away at an amazing salon with beautiful, put together, professional people. I left that place and went to an AMAZING salon in the market place! I will never go back to this Salon and I do not recommend it to anyone.
