  • My wife and I have been looking for good Chinese food in the Lake Norman area for the past 2 years and somehow only tried Peninsula China Bistro last night. The General Tso's Chicken was excellent and the Peninsula Fried Rice was good as well. I am Taiwanese and from California where there is a ton of top notch Chinese food so my standards are pretty high (hence 4 stars). However, I think we finally found our go-to Chinese food place. What a relief!
