  • Don't be tempted by the $49 offer you can get on Kudzo, Gropon, in the paper, etc, it's just a way to get in the door and for them to sell you services for 200-300$ at the minimum. They'll tell you that you don't qualify for the cleaning in the voucher because the air vent have never been cleaned (which you know for a fact they were), or try to scare you with all kinds of allergens or pollutants, and how they can spray all kinds of expensive organic stuff in there, or sell you warranty. Any real trusted AC professional will tell you that most of the stuff they're saying are completely false. You can see who you're dealing with just by calling and trying to set up an appointment. One different person answers the phone each day, I set up one appointment and when I called the next day to reschedule, a lady said she doesn't even see my appointment and that she'll call me next week (!) when she's back in town.
