My family and I have been going at this location since it opened a few years ago. What I've noticed is the service has really gotten worst. The drive thru employees tends to get snappy. My kids love the munchkins and I love the coffee, simple order. So are the attitudes necessary... "what else? Is that it?" Before I can get a word in, I get cut off, "Next window... What if I wanted to order more and try a sandwich or a frozen coffee? God forbid I say yes, theres more... I have told management about this. She apologized and gave me a discount. Unfortunately, this is the 2nd time after that incident and still no changes.
Please train your employees better customer service. Cause they are seriously disappointing.
