  • First time going to this location & I have no intentions on going back. I walked in & was never even greeted... like come on, that's BASIC customer service. One of the girl's at the front desk was not pleasant whatsoever & appeared to have an attitude right off the bat. There should be training on customer interaction skills because this location (as far as the people at the front desk) are lacking it. Other than that, the girl who did my wax was very nice & informative, that's where the 2nd star is coming from.
