| - Absolutely DO NOT take your vehicle here!!! If you have extra money to throw away drive down a street of homeless people and donate! The owner Daniel does not stand behind his shops work. I took my Buick in for a simple tune up, air conditioning venting work, and an oil leak., $1200 later he assures me his crew went through the motor and I should have no problems with this car. Everything is in great shape and I should get a lot of miles problem free. If not bring it in and they honor their work and will take care of it. 17 (If I could yell that number I would) 17 miles later the car started steaming like crazy and it died. They said oh you need an intake manifold... $800 later and 30 more miles the ck engine light comes on... this time I was told oh it needs fuel injector cleaner. We will put this cleaner in there and instructed me to run a tank of gas and call him. One tank later the light continues to come on. At this point I was in the shop with my car 2 more times on the third trip they then said now they say it needs a valve job $1500 price tag. Daniel then felt like he should have a conversation with my step-dad that he would be willing to split the cost but never had the conversation with me. Instead he told me to drive it for a few weeks and see if it get better or worse. One and 1/2 tanks of fuel down the road and it blows a motor. Now they want another $2000 to replace the motor ($960 for motor and $1000 labor - and feel good customer we are giving you a $400 discount on labor). We take a trip down to the shop to let them know we feel they are at the minimum partially responsible and something had to have happened in the shop to start this ball rolling and give him the opportunity to step up and make it right, as I was advised by 3 mechanics - two of them being motor builders. This did not go too well. I guess the idea of someone having a clue of proper installation of a manifold was too much for him to handle. He didn't like that for sure and tells us bullsh#! I couldn't have done anything to affect the intake manifold. We mentioned over-tightening or banging it just right will crack them he tells us to get out of his shop! (the consensus is this is what happend or at the least something was dropped inside the manifold when it was open). He then says "I don't know if you're packing but we have guns all over this shop" so we start to walk out and get a little less than half way across the parking lot and he gets in my husbands face and tells him he's not scared of him and he will kick his a$$! Says he (husband) threatened his crew the day before... is it a threat to say it's gonna get a worse before it gets better? Asked his crew if he felt threatened and he simply said all he said was it's gonna get worse before it gets better. The owner Daniel walks up to my husband and says "I'm not scare of you I'll kick your big ass!" If you wanna fight lets take a walk around the block. So I would NEVER RECOMMEND DANIELS TOTAL CAR CARE!!! Hot head, does not stand behind their work, and the worst business owner I have ever ran into!! Word of mouth, buddy! 3 on your side, county commissioner, BBB, and license department watch for the complaints coming your way... This is how it gets worse before it gets better!! By the way notice one star is EEEk me thinks not.... this is an understatement!! Doing a little research on this business I have noticed several others posting with the same results we had so beware, if you question their abilities Daniel will puff up like a baney rooster and threaten you with a shop full of guns!
