So I came here the other day to upgrade my phone and the representative was so dry and not friendly so I left!! A few days later I came back to try this thing again but still ended up getting the same lady!! So I asked for this guy named Sean or Shaun and he asked her what did I want and he was busy!! Now I thought if someone wants you to take care of them specifically I thought that it would be a great feeling and that you should feel honored!! Omg the expression on his face told a whole new story!! I just said it's ok. After that attitude, rudeness and unprofessional comment I said never mind. So the same lady ended up taking care of me. She was much better than the other day. I personally do not like dealing with people who don't want to work when I am a paying customer. I've been with Sprint for the last 15 years and I've never had to deal with anything like that. Just a reminder Sean or Shaun maybe you should humble yourself!!
