| - I've been going to Dr. Lindstrom's office for at least 15 years. My last baby was, yup, 15 years ago. I continue to go for paps, etc. I saw Dr. Lindstrom for my maternity check-ups and found him to be knowledgeable and friendly. He really helped me on the problem I was having being unable to stop smoking during my pregnancy. He took off the pressure I was putting on myself which enabled me to quit within the week. It was like a miracle.
Since then I've seen Linda Brost. She too, is very knowledgeable on gyn issues and gets on my case when necessary. I love her. I feel like I'm in good hands, for the most part, with these medical professionals.
I do agree that the office staff don't come across as professionals though. They are young women and, well, not very professional imho. I haven't ever noticed anyone out of scrubs, and no booty shorts.
I don't care how an office looks, the decor, etc. I don't care if it's dated. I do care that it's clean and this office is clean. I don't care about the color of paint on the walls. None of that is relevant to getting good medical care, imho. It's what's in their brains that matters to me, not what's on their walls.
I see no reason to stop using this office for my gynecological needs.
OH, and I called today to make an appt for my annual pap smear and THEY PUT ME ON HOLD. For exactly 1 minute and 46 seconds (I timed it). Patience, people. Sheesh
