Went to pick up rental on Friday. as the agent was doing a walk through i was doing a video of the car before i took off. well the agent didn't say anything but u could see on her face that she thought i was going over the top. the return manager trainee offered to give me one day credit. all is well after a overlap in my account where they debited the one day before the reversal for the original full amount went through. I was upset about this as it could have overdraft my checking, but all is good. The staff was patient while i was irate and that shows awesome training which is needed when working with the public. Kudos to the guy who help me clear it up.
