My best friend and I came here after watching a show across the street. We love beer and checking out breweries so we were excited. There was a taco truck on the patio and the host/cooks or whomever they were enticed us with food, but we went inside. Where we waited forever and NEVER got service.
We sat at the bar and the bartender was missing for a few minutes, until she popped out from the keg room and urgently called another patron for help with something. We figured she was busy so we patiently waited. She soon came out, didn't say a word to us as she kept going back and forth past us multiple times. We were the only new people. She kept serving other people drinks so we thought she was behind and catching up but we waited at least 10 min before we realize she was just ignoring us. I had checked outside and it said the place was open til 2 am. She was serving everyone else but us. Never made eye contact or let us know she'd be right with us. We finally got fed up and felt discriminated against/embarrassed. I stared at her on our way out and she never even looked at us. Both my friend and I work in the service industry as a cocktail waitress and Topgolf server. This kind of service is inexcusable.
But we ended up going to the Mexican restaurant next door and had a great dinner. Tipped the bartender way more than 20% because he was amazing and we felt that he actually wanted our patronage.
