  • I have been going to this salon for about 4 years. I don't do UV tanning, only the spray tans, and their prices/deals have always been great. They used to have an older mystic booth, recently they have upgraded to a new VersaSpa which is much better. A few times I went in to get a tan and afterwards didn't see any color. I went in the next day to let them know, and show them, the owner Tony was there at the time and was very disappointed that I had this problem. He let me tan again for free and gave me his cell number to contact him the next day to let him know if it was any better. It was a little better, not much. He has kept in contact with me and assured me that he would find out why it wasn't working as well. They recently replaced a pump for the spray that was going out and that's why it wasn't working very well. He sent me a text to let me know it wasn't working, and then sent me a text to let me know it was fixed!! Excellent customer service! Above & beyond! He asked me to go in and try it for free again. I went yesterday and it is BACK! I love my color and it is working amazing! I am truly thankful for his level of customer service and wanting everyone's experience to be great! Jill is also very understanding and wants to be sure that you get what you came for! I would definitely recommend this tanning salon to everyone!
