Each and every time I've been to the Eaton Centre location, I have had a bad experience. Substandard customer service, and very very rude employees (which I take as a direct reflection of poor training and management). Also, they are constantly out of stock on peripherals, and when you ask them to restock it, they will sarcastically tell you to either go to one of their competitors - such as The Source or Canada Computers - or go home and order it online from Amazon (for real!!!). Concerning their online purchase remark: what if I can't? What if I don't have a credit card? What if I need the product immediately, and don't have the time to have it delivered? What if I don't want to deal with Canada Post's deficient service? What if I want convenience? What is the purpose of a brick and mortar store?
