  • About 8 months ago I found an SUV online for sale here. In the pictures it looked like exactly what I was looking for. Called and spoke to someone and was reassured that the vehicle was in pristine shape. So I load up the family, including a newborn and make the drive from queen creek (about an hour) to Phoenix. Upon seeing the truck myself, you guessed it. It was in terrible shape. Looked as if someone had run a key from the front to the back all over on both sides of it, tires were bald etc. Anyways, they agree to do nothing and I'm ready to leave. I'm not super surprised at anything on their end because these guys are the reason car salesmen get bad raps from management on down. Just sleazy, scummy people here who did nothing to earn my business. They follow up for a day or two and I make it clear I'll take my business elsewhere. Follow up to today, some douchebag named Doug Michaelis has called 7 out of the last 8 days and literally left the same voicemail every time. Mind you I've spoken to nobody from here since Oct of 2017. I finally answer and inform him that if I was even on the fence about doing business with them that his excessive calls had pushed me over the edge. His response was "all you had to do was answer your phone." Really guy? You think pestering someone to death will result in a car sale? I told him, it's my phone I answer when and if I want to and to never f$&@!? call me again. I'd follow up with management but based on all the terrible reviews I'm afraid I'd get nowhere as it's probably all just a bunch of Doug's that work here.
