  • HOOORRRIIBBBLLLEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL! 1. The worst front desk service ever. 2. Bad organization in the hotel. 3. Smells bad everywhere. 4. Check in and checkout is a disaster. 5. Forget about the spot at the swimming pool - it is overcrowded. If you want to go the pool you have to take ID, ROOM KEY, and you can't even bring your own water - you can only buy their small water for $8. There is no information in the room that you have to bring you ID to the pool. So coming back to the hotel will wastes you 30 minutes as their elevator sucks! 6. Elevator SUCKS! Takes you half a day to go down. It stops at each floor and many times there is even nobody waiting for it. 7. Dripping faucet - never fixed. 8. They didn't have "Don't disturb card" - I had to call for it. 9. I requested that I don't want room service as I didn't want anybody in my room that day and they came anyway - what's the point of asking them anything if they do what they want. 10. They will charge you resort fee of $30 per day and they will not provide anything in return not even Internet! And there is no information about this when you book online. Come on! 11. They were very pushy to give them credit card even if I paid for my hotel online with the debit card. And I never had any problem with this card at any other hotel. Finally she took my debit card - so why are they so pushy about this if the card was ok?!
