  • My company called ahead to order some gaff tape and we were told it would be ready for us at the pickup counter. We rolled up and the first counter of guys didn't have any idea what we were talking about, but pointed us towards another counter. When we got in there, the guy at the counter also seemed confused and spent a good 10 minutes trying to find our order (nothing had been pulled). Once he found it, he told us to grab the tape ourselves off the shelf and bring it up from to purchase. It's unfortunate that this is the only place to get gaff tape in the city because their customer service is not great.
