rev:text	My wife and I tried this restaurant on the 4th of July, and couldn't wait to go back a couple days later. Finally Las Vegas has a great restaurant with great craft beers in a great location! The ahi tuna tacos are a must-have, and every entree we've tried has been perfect, from the andiron steak to the fish and chips to the short rib. It's not a greatly diverse menu, but that is refreshing. Everything they do, they do well. And a shout out to Jared, who took great care of us. I'm a Las Vegas hotel concierge so I've eaten everywhere...and this is my new favorite restaurant!
