  • Awful experience with The Sunny Plumber. Three calls were scheduled for a plumbing inspection package purchased through Goetl HVAC. First call for a 9-1PM time window they called at 12:50 to say they could not make it till after 3. Second call with Seth which took almost two weeks to get was of little value, as much a sales pitch as a service. Rep needed someone else by the name of Mike to come out which he booked for the next day. Third call with Mike was another no show. Got a call from the office the next day offering to rebook but not to apologize. Told them to forget it. Will never do business with them and suggest the same if you are considering them.
