  • Purchased a 'Groupon' for manicure/pedicure for $21 - I enjoy being pampered - this was NOT something even close at this facility - manicure was so insufficient - just to get my fingernails same length let alone even; I was so taken back (i.e. student didn't even provide hand lotion & rubbing in of the lotion (which is something I really enjoy); her nail polish was so thick that after 2 days all nails peeled/chipped off); pedicure - feet in tub on floor while getting a manicure at a manicure table - twisted like a pretzel & chair kept rolling away from tub & table - no foot scrub; no foot cream or massage (which I live for 'being pampered'). Neither cleaned under my nails. I understand these are students - but I guess you get what you're paid for!
