  • Management was rude!!!! The manager only was concerned about the luxury cars and not anybody else's car. They let my car sit with water spots for a minute while they did another young ladies BMW after me. They got to my car once I complained. I explained to management that I wasn't angry just disappointed with their service. They actually left water marks on the vehicle and then when I attempted to wipe them off like the gentleman before me in the black truck. They the management came over and took the rag and said that I wasn't permitted to do any of that and that I needed to leave because I wanted to complain. All I wanted was a good job they never once touched the tires nor the rims I did that myself until he took the rag away. He didn't do that to the guy before me. I guess you have to be a MAN. I suggest never to go to this establishment instead go to Fabulous Freddy's they do a great job EVERY TIME.
