  • Love the fact that we can get fresh local meat at reasonable prices. I tried the Hot & Sweet Italian sausages as well as some Chorizo. I immediately thawed 1/2 of each of the sausages and made Sausage and Peppers for the 1st time. What I've found out over the years is you have a much better chance at a home run with fresh flavorful ingredients and I was not disappointed, the pork was amazing! Chorizo wasn't spicy enough for my taste. It was missing something. Yet I still feel like I hit a home run and I will definitely be back for all my pork needs!
