  • well we live in a travel trailer and left the sink water on.it over flowed and and went into the basement of our travel trailer,soak the rugs in the bedroom ect.called 8:00 at night and he said it would be 500 dollars,well we couldnt get anybody to answer there phones so we had no choice.showed up about an hour and a half later and spent a half hour to 45 minutes.5 minutes to vac the bed room and left a big fan to dry it i had already took everything out of the basement.trailer auto level was off so he and his partner spent another 15 minutes with that and couldnt fix it this happen thursday before memorial weekend.said he would be back wendsday and a no show.said he would work with us on the price since were both retired and on a limited income.she just had surgery and we were a little short this month.he said he would do all the carpets for free,which means a 8x5 and about that much in the bedroom.well he shows up saturday looks at my leveler and says this is the problem.hope he is right.picks up his vac and says 500 dollars.i said i tought you said you would work with us a bit. he said 500 for all the extras??????????.i still havent got my carpets cleaned.please stay far far away.
