  • Thanks Susan. Discussion about the additional costs for the rug did not take place.... it was never mentioned by the tech. As I said - he was very clear about the extra costs to clean the chairs, but he never mentioned additional costs for the rug. And since i did not have the carpet cleaned in that area I presumed it was included in the three room "special".
