  • A few years ago we had our Advantium microwave/oven repaired by Elite. After many years it stopped working again on the microwave side. We use One Guard Home Warranty and they sent out a repair person who apparently was not familiar with Advantium. They worked on it and then left and it had not been repaired. We called One Guard and requested they send Elite. Steve arrived when he said he would and he and the realy big guy with him fixed our Advantium. When you need a repair you want whatever is broken to be fixed - BUT- you also appreciate repair people you feel comfortable having in your home, a personable attitude and confidence they know what they are doing. We got all of that with Steve and Elite. One Guard has been a good Home Warantee company and an importnat part of that is that they use people like Elite. So if you have a broken appliance (because they don't fix other stuff) you really need to call Elite.
