  • I had a 5:00 appointment today. Worst experience I've ever had in 3 years of getting full set acrylics and pedicures every 3 weeks. Horrible customer service from the receptionist and the 2 nail techs . Neither of them introduced themselves, or hardly spoke to me at ALL, they didn't even say anything as they finished like how do you like my nails or make me feel comfortable at all. They both looked like they hate there jobs, not professional at all. They definately dont belong in the beauty industry as they both had no make-up on or hair done and no smiles. There work was below average and my nail tech who did my hands burned me with her drill 4 times, and when she was removing my old set she was filing my skin very rough and her natural nails looked disgusting with sharp ridged edges that she dug into my skin as she pulled my hands closer to her the whole time. I'm super disappointed this was my first time here and I won't go back. I just moved about 7 min from the salon 1 week ago and if they did a good job I would've been a regular client. Plus I watch the Justin Timberlake concert 3 times in a row for the 2 and half hours I was there. I'm a licensed cosmetologist and I can also attest that they are not following state board regulations by not sanitizing pedi bowls between clients for 10 min and they used old files and buffers on me. I pray I won't get an infection on my hands.
