  • Service is unacceptable, even if the Manager tries to remedy the horrible situation when you give them a 2nd chance, the whole thing starts all over again. Car you reserved is not on the premises, they don't have any available and you have to wait one 1 hour to bring one! So, you lose your own business appointments and exit the premises without car. Or, their Billing Statement is helter-skelter , confusing, misleading, and absolutely Unbusinesslike that does not exist in any other rental company. You complain to the Administration and then you say they are not worth your business.
