I purchased a Phantom 3 Advanced drone that developed cracks in the shell due to a manufacturing defect. I spoke with the owner, Ali, and he said that he would take care of the replacement for me once they got the shells in stock. Now that they have the shells in stock, they are telling me that I can pay to ship the Phantom back to DJI and have the replacement done free, or I can pay $99 to have them replace it for me. Horrible customer service. How does the owner offer to replace the defective part for me and then change their mind once it is time to replace it? Stay away from this place if you want any kind of good service after the sale.
