  • DO NOT GO HERE FOR MANICURES OR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! Last Friday I needed to go for a manicure. Seeing that I was pressed for time I decided to go to this close location, where I could get more things done with the limited time I had before leaving for my trip (I was WRONG). What I requested and what I got where 2 different things. All I wanted was a manicure with clear nail polish, basic, easy and simple. The nail technician mentioned I should try shellac as it would dry faster and recommended french manicure. No problem as long as we keep it clear with tips. After getting my thumb carved in so deep on the side for my manicure - which my nail has now broke in the middle (very annoying as I have to wear a band-aid to keep it from catching on something and taring) I mentioned that the colour/shellac was not what I wanted. The nail technician spoke aggressively in her language, was very annoyed with me. I requested for her to remove the barbie pink colour (???) and wanted her to stop as we've already had 2 errors and I could not afford any more. I'm not one to complain but when your aggressive with me because I pointed out that i was not happy with the work and did not follow what was agreed. This is where I have no patients. We are paying for a service and should get what we are paying for. I advise everyone, NOT TO GO HERE FOR NAILS and try another company as there are so many close by.
