  • I am a regular at the Joint location in PTC, Ga however was visiting the area and dropped into this Joint location for an adjustment over the weekend. The receptionist was an older lady with blonde hair and she was not very friendly. The floor was filthy and I'm big on cleanliness so when I looked behind couches and still see dirt I get concerned about the places hygiene. The place was packed and the chiropractor Dr. Cozza explained how it was an unusual weekend with several patients in for their first time adjustments with him. The adjustment went well and I shrugged off my other concerns. I was hesitant to give 4 stars after reading what another reviewer went through which I believe she went through as there were signs of incompetence from what I observed on my weekend visit. Yesterday we were in the shopping center and decided I'd give them another try. There was a different receptionist (younger, dark hair, pretty) she was a delight so welcoming and the place was clean! The chiropractor working this day was Dr. Cook who gave me such devoted time and attention. He went above and beyond a standard adjustment. I was so impressed by Dr. Cook I wish I could bring him back to Georgia with me so he can work at my local Joint! I hate what the other reviewer went through and I even more so did not appreciate reading the meaningless response the Joint corp. left under her review. I really hope she was reimbursed and compensated for her troubles.
