  • I have been living here at The Dwell for 4 months now and it has been a wonderful experience for me! I have rented apartments, homes and Condo's in New York, Seattle and Orlando, FL and this has to be the most friendly place I have lived. I have made 4 new friends/neighbors in the short time I have been here and it makes it fun to come home too! The location of this complex is ideal to Old Town, Tempe Market Place and not a far distance to downtown Phoenix. In the last 4 months The Dwell has been renovating such as, the new pool, barbeque area, and dog park. Also, we are expecting new outdoor furniture this fall! Jacob in the office has always been friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating! He has only been with Dwell a short time and he adds a cheerful professional attitude and vibe to the place!! Also, paying for utilities with your rent every month is a breeze and takes off the hassle of juggling a bunch of bills! I would recommend this place to everyone!
